Tagkli Katerina
Katerina Tagkli was introduced first (1st) in a series of successes at the School of Dentistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens during the Panhellenic Examinations of the Daily General Lyceum, where she graduated with the grade “Very Good” after 5 years of study as a dentist.
In 2016, she graduated from the Short Term Orthodontics Program at Aarhus College in Denmark with internationally recognized lecturers from universities all over Europe and America, where she received theoretical and practical training in orthodontics under the guidance of world-renowned Professor Birte Melsen.
She then specialized in orthodontics in a three-year postgraduate program at Aarhus University, Department of Dental and Oral Health, Department of Orthodontics in Denmark, and she received the title of Specialist in Orthodontics after a successful three-hour examination.
In 2020, she obtained the Master’s degree – Master of Science (MSc) in Orthodontics from Aarhus University entitled: Orofacial manifestations of juvenile idiopathic arthritis from diagnosis to transition to adult care: A population-based cohort study after a three-hour examination – Master Defence at Aarhus University.
She has published in Greek and international scientific journals and participated as a speaker in conferences where she presented paediatric and orthodontic cases.
She is certified for lingual orthodontic techniques (Incognito, Harmony) and for orthodontic treatment with invisible aligners (Invisalign, ClearAligner).

She has been running a private practice in Athens since 2015, treating cases that span the entire spectrum of orthodontic treatment for children and adolescents, preventive-interceptive orthodontic treatment for children, orthodontic treatment for adults, lingual orthodontics and orthodontic treatment with aligners.
She is an active member of the European Board of Orthodontists and the Dental Association of Piraeus.
